Fancy Cafe AI (https://fancycafe-ai.org) generates short videos from photos you upload. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Douyin, Instagram, CapCut or any other company. All trademarks belong to their owners.

No original trending music

We do not host, stream or distribute trending original songs or official music videos. If you turn the soundtrack on, we mux an accompanying track we provide — that is not a licence to any commercial recording. To post with a trending sound, add it inside TikTok, Douyin, Reels or the platform you use, from that platform's own sound library.

AI-generated content

Videos are created by AI and may contain errors, distortions or results that differ from what you expected. Review every video before you share it.

We ask you to keep the content labelled as AI-generated when you post it, for example by turning on the platform's AI-generated content label where one exists.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload and for how you use the videos you generate. Photos of minors and public figures are not allowed. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
