Fancy Cafe AI ("we", "us") operates https://fancycafe-ai.org and turns two photos you upload into a short AI video. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: support@fancycafe-ai.org or Contact.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address when you sign in with email, and your name, email address and profile picture if you sign in with Google or GitHub.
• Uploads: the two photos you upload so we can generate your video.
• Generated videos: the videos rendered for you, plus task details such as length, quality, status and whether a soundtrack was added.
• Credits and purchases: your credit balance, credit history and a record of each purchase (amount, pack, date). Card and wallet details are handled entirely by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Support messages: the content of tickets or emails you send us.
• Abuse prevention: IP address and a device identifier, used to rate-limit requests and stop abuse of free or discounted credits.
• Usage analytics: aggregated page views and feature use, without your photos, videos or email.

How we use it

• To generate, store and deliver your videos.
• To run credits, purchases, refunds and support.
• To enforce our content rules: no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content. Uploads are checked by an automated content-safety system.
• To send service emails you asked for, such as sign-in codes or "your video is ready". We may also send account holders occasional emails about product updates; every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who processes your data

• AI generation and moderation providers: your photos are sent to our AI providers to render your video and to run content-safety checks.
• Hosting and storage: our hosting and file-storage providers keep the site, database and files.
• Payments: third-party payment processors handle checkout. The processor named at checkout stores payment details.
• Sign-in: Google or GitHub, when you choose those methods. Sign-in codes and notices are sent through our email providers.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Generated videos are deleted automatically 30 days after they are ready, or sooner if you delete them from your library.
• Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
• Abuse-prevention records are kept for up to 90 days.
• Support tickets are kept as needed to handle your request.

Your choices

• Delete any generated video from your library at any time (it is then removed before the 30-day window).
• Delete your account: email support@fancycafe-ai.org from your account address or open a ticket. We complete deletion of your photos, videos and account data within 30 days.
• To access or correct your data, use the same channels.

Cookies

We use essential cookies, such as the sign-in session cookie. If you accept cookies, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice in Cookie Settings in the footer.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
