Refund Policy

Short version: credits for a failed generation are refunded, and an unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate or times out, the credits charged for it go back to your balance. You can also email support@fancycafe-ai.org if a credit has not been returned.

Unused credit packs

If you bought a credit pack in the last 7 days and have not used any of its credits, email support@fancycafe-ai.org from your account address or open a ticket and we will refund the full purchase price.

Partly used credit packs

Credit packs that have been partly used are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been paid to our AI provider. Your remaining credits never expire.

Free credits

Gift or welcome credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded as money.

How refunds are paid

Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or wallet, they appear within 5–10 business days.
