Who can use this service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this service.

What this service does

This website generates short AI videos from two photos you upload. You choose length, quality, orientation and whether to add a soundtrack. Motion follows templates we provide: you cannot upload a video of your own, and there is no free-text prompt.

Videos are rendered by AI models through our providers. This is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Douyin, Instagram, CapCut, any celebrity, record label or other platform.

If you turn the soundtrack on, we mux an accompanying track we provide. That track is not a trending original from TikTok, Douyin, Reels or any other platform, and we do not grant you rights in any commercial recording. To post with a trending sound, add it inside that platform using its own sound library. See the Disclaimer.

Your uploads

Before every generation you must confirm that the people in the photos are you or adults who agreed to this video — no minors, no public figures, no sexual or harassing content. By confirming, you represent that:

• Every person shown is you or an adult who agreed to be in this video.
• No person shown is under 18.
• No person shown is a public figure or celebrity.
• The content is not sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful.

You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a limited license to process them only to generate your video, run content-safety checks and deliver the result.

Prohibited uses

The full list of prohibited content, how moderation works and how we enforce it is in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use this service to:

• Create sexual or sexually suggestive content of any person.
• Impersonate, defame, harass or mislead about a real person.
• Depict minors in any way.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or content-safety checks, including by creating multiple accounts.

We may block a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people in your photos, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on TikTok, Reels, Douyin and other platforms. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; review every video before you post it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos. When you post, we ask you to keep the content labelled as AI-generated where the platform allows it.

Credits and payments

• Credits are bought in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions.
• Credits from packs do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Credits for a failed generation are refunded.
• Gift or welcome credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded as money.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We never store full card numbers. The name that appears on your statement is set by the processor shown at checkout.
• Refunds for purchases follow the Refund Policy.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content generated with this service infringes your rights, email support@fancycafe-ai.org with the details. We review and act on complaints within 48 hours.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase most closely related to that claim. Related notices are in the Disclaimer.
